Volunteer residents of Ethiopia set a world class example of planting 353 million trees in one day to hinder the rapidly destructive rate of climate change.
Ethiopia, as well as other countries on the continent of Africa, currently risk deforestation. Researchers have said the declining of trees is a direct correlation to habitat loss, erosion, and severe environmental changes created by human negligence.
In general, trees are one of the biggest providers of oxygen, store carbon, and serve as food for wildlife.
Sweet Spill Opinion: Hopefully Ethiopia can set an example for the rest of the world!!!
