Category 4 Hurricane Dorian claimed the lives of five people in the Bahamas islands of Grand Bahama and Abaco on Sept. 2.

Prime Minister Hubert Minnis of the Bahamas announced confirmation of the deaths Monday evening.

Mandatory evacuations for the southeastern coast of the United States have already been sanctioned as forecasters are predicting Hurricane Dorian to strike Orlando, FL approximately between Wednesday night and Thursday evening.
